Measure to Improve is a movement to give employees a voice to measure purpose in a global, standardised and collaborative way. In this spirit, the movement is being developed in collaboration with non-profit organisations and individuals that share its goals.

Who can become an IMPROVER?

Leaders who drive change within organisations, such as entrepreneurs, managers, directors, teachers, consultants and advisors, can join the movement as IMPROVERs.

 

What can you do as an IMPROVER?

As an IMPROVER, you can promote the movement within your spheres of influence, guide companies through the process of measuring purpose and help them design and implement action plans to continuously improve their purpose experience.
