WE UNDERSTAND PURPOSE AS THE RAISON D’ÊTRE OF BUSINESS, FOCUSED ON MEETING HUMAN NEEDS.

WE BELIEVE IN THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF AN AUTHENTIC AND COHERENT EXPERIENCE OF PURPOSE AS A FUNDAMENTAL DRIVER OF BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AND POSITIVE SOCIAL IMPACT.
We give employees a voice to measure and improve the experience of corporate purpose.
Together with input from other key stakeholders—such as customers, shareholders, and public institutions—we believe that employees are the main contributors to a company’s purpose and are in a privileged position to assess its experience and fulfilment.
Recognising that what is not measured is difficult to manage, we encourage companies to measure the experience of purpose with the same rigour applied to economic performance. To ensure this measurement is both robust and meaningful, we involve employees in the process—from measurement and communication of results to the design of improvement initiatives.
When employees are empowered to take part in shaping and improving purpose, and companies truly listen to their voices, they act with greater authenticity and consistency, reflecting a genuine commitment to their purpose.
