Improvers are agents of change who help transform organizations.

They share their experience and learnings with the new companies that join the movement.

Who can be an Improver?

Improvers are people with a passion for impact, executives, directors, managers, people & culture leaders, employee experience leaders, people analytics, consultants, or advisors. 

 

An Improver is someone who:​​

  • Has experience in measuring purpose by giving employees a voice.

  • Is motivated to help other organizations measure their purpose by contributing their experience and building trust in the process.

How will you catalyse the movement?

As an Improver, you promote the movement within your sphere of influence and guide organizations in measuring purpose by giving employees a voice.

To this end, we provide you with:

  • Specialized training in purpose measurement and in the full implementation process.

  • Tools and resources that enable you to measure purpose effectively by giving employees a voice.

  • Official certification as an expert in purpose measurement.

Interested in the stories behind the data, she helps organizations better understand people’s experiences. As coordinator of the Measure to Improve project, she supports organizations in giving employees voice.
