Improvers are agents of change who help transform organizations.
They act as catalysts for the movement, supporting companies in the implementation of the 3D Purpose Index.
Who can be an improver?
Improvers are leaders with a passion for impact, entrepreneurs, managers, directors, professors, consultants, or advisors. They are experienced in guiding organizations, believe in the power of purpose, and are committed to listening to and amplifying the voices of employees.
An Improver is someone who:

Is motivated to help others improve their experience of purpose.

Knows how to guide change processes with empathy and vision.
How will you catalyse the movement?
As an Improver, you will promote the movement within your sphere of influence. You will guide organizations in measuring their purpose and, thanks to your experience, help them design and implement action plans that strengthen their experience of purpose.

Meet our Improvers
Carlos Rey
Carlos is an Author and Professor, and the Founder of the DPMC Foundation. He serves as Director of the Chair in Management by Missions and Corporate Purpose at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC). He is dedicated to advancing purpose-driven leadership and strengthening the link between strategy, culture, and impact.

Mayte Márquez
Mayte is a Consulting Director at the DPMC Foundation with more than 25 years of experience as a consultant in People, Culture, and Leadership. She supports leaders in creating greater unity, alignment, and commitment within their teams by connecting them to strategy through purpose.

Alex Montaner Ferrer
Alex is a Purpose and Cultural Transformation Consultant & Coach, as well as a Leadership Trainer who believes in transforming the business world through purpose. He serves as Consulting Director at the DPMC Foundation and is a member of the IESE Executive Coaching Team.
