Improvers serve as catalysts for organisational change, supporting organizations of all sizes in evaluating their purpose through the 3D Index. Drawing on these assessments, they provide guidance in developing and executing strategies to strengthen the organisation’s experience of purpose.
Who can be
an improver?
Leaders who drive change in organisations such as entrepreneurs, managers, directors, teachers, consultants or advisors.
How will you catalyse the movement?
You will promote the movement within your spheres of influence, guiding organisations through the process of measuring purpose and helping them design and implement action plans to strengthen their purpose experience.
You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in events organised by the movement and collaborate with other supporters to build a more purpose-driven business world.
